About Us
Renette Rauch created Rauch Law in 1998 , practicing in the Law of Persons and Family Law , focusing on protecting your rights in a Divorce , looking after all your property needs including transferring your property when you buy and sell and ensuring that your family and assets are protected by drafting your Will and winding up your Deceased Estate.
We will also assist with a Curatorship application if you or a family member is no longer able to look after himself and if someone is refusing to vacate your property we will attend to his Eviction on your behalf.
In our Divorces we not only protect your assets but also look after your parental rights and interest including primary residence, contact arrangements and Relocation Applications. We have a particular interest in protecting an innocent parent against Hostile Aggressive Parenting and Parental Alienation Syndrome.
Renette Rauch is a firm supporter of Mediation as an alternative approach to Divorces. This approach brings the power to you as the client to settle the matter before the rift between you and your separating spouse becomes too large. Litigation is costly and protracted and divides the parties and upsets the children. Not only is litigation expensive in terms of legal fees but it will steal your time, take you away from your work and cause untold emotional strain on you and your loved ones and only one party normally wins. Litigation is usually backwards-looking and often focuses on restitution or punishment.
